Current Condition:

• Unit has been Sandblasted and Repainted

• Oil Samples taken analysed – no action required  

• Change all fluids in Transmission , axles , hydraulic oil. Change all the filters 

• Tidy up hydraulic hosing and replaced any hydraulic hoses worn or damaged hydraulic hoses

• Full Function test:

• Hydraulic pumps tested to satisfactory operating range 

• Safety valves and switches

• Brakes and brake controls

• Transmission 

• Boom Valving and controls

• Steering
